ROME – Roman citizens encourage protesting farmers.Horns, greetings, clapping and fists raised to show their closeness to the four tractors that left from via Nomentana and arrived in the center of the capital. A driver of a fire engine also has them
applaud.

The four tractors passed through Via Nomentana, Piazza Indipendenza, Piazza della Repubblica, Via Napoleone III and Via Cavour, before arriving at the Colosseum.

“Are you satisfied with this protest?In short, it's not enough.We will continue until there is a definitive answer."Thus Jacopo Mariottini, the farmer driving one of the four tractors of the Riscatto Agricolo protest that crossed Rome, starting from Via Nomentana.

The tractors present at the garrison in via Nomentana 1111 this evening they will all take part in a procession on the Grande Raccordo Anulare of Rome. “From 8pm we start from the garrison in via Nomentana e it goes around the entire ring road“, announced Roberto Rosati, one of the farmers who had just arrived in his vehicle at Circo Massimo, in the heart of Rome.“We are united, we have presented a shared document on which I hope we will soon have a meeting with the institutions, Prime Minister Meloni and Minister Lollobrigida,” added the farmer.
