ROME – High pressure will guarantee over the weekend a stable and mostly sunny weather, especially in Central-Southern regions.

Northern Italy will instead be touched by a cloud system which, however, will not bring significant rainfall other than some isolated and weak rain on Saturday in the North-West and in Liguria.

The anticyclone will also resist in the first days of next week, with temperatures that will increase again thanks also to the Scirocco winds which, in the meantime, will be triggered by a depression linked to a disturbance approaching from the Iberian Peninsula.

Partly cloudy or cloudy skies in the northern regions, with some isolated rain or drizzle on the reliefs of the North-West and in the Ligurian East.

A few scattered clouds also along the Tyrrhenian side of the peninsula, with more clearing in the rest of the country.
