ROME - The third edition of the Good Practices Award, promoted by the Rubes Triva Foundation in collaboration with Utilitalia and Italian Exhibition Group, saw the triumph Formula Ambiente S.p.A.for his innovative projector “Worklimate for hot risk management”, an initiative aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of workers exposed to extreme climatic conditions.
The prize was awarded on November 7, during the Ecomondo Fair, one of the most important national events dedicated to sustainability and environmental innovation.
The company Formula Ambiente S.p.A.received recognition for the adoption of advanced solutions in heat risk management, thus responding to an increasingly current problem linked to climate change and workers' health.The Worklimate project in fact, it integrates smart solutions, including real-time monitoring devices and customized protection strategies, which allow effective management of extreme heat conditions in the workplace.
The awards ceremony, which took place at the stand of the Rubes Triva Foundation, saw the participation of the Director and President of the Rubes Triva Foundation, Giuseppe Mulazzi and Angelo Curcio and the participation of the President of Utilitalia, Filippo Brandolini.The award was an important one moment of reflection on the good practices adopted by companies to protect the health and safety of workers.
The comment by Marcello Rosetti, HR Director of Formula Ambiente Spa:“The “Worklimate for heat risk management” project was born with the aim of improving health and safety conditions for colleagues who work outdoors, often exposed to extreme climatic conditions. Thermal risk, unfortunately, is a danger that is still too underestimated, but increasingly relevant, and for this reason it is essential to learn how to manage and evaluate it correctly.To do this, they are necessary adequate tools and accurate data.With our project, we wanted to make our small contribution, trying to provide concrete solutions to this emerging problem. We have actively collaborated with INAIL and the Rubes Triva Foundation, two entities committed to promoting safety and managing risks at work, to develop and disseminate effective methods in the prevention of heat risks"
