Inflate your balloons using the appropriate pump. Inflate them until the entire body of the balloon is full of air.But be careful not to overdo it.Every twist you make with the balloon will reduce the available space, so if you overinflate them they could burst.

Fold the balloon as shown in the image.

Place your free hand next to the hand you are holding the balloon with. Without fear, twist the two ends together.The twist needed in this case is a standard 'Double Twist'.The resulting ring must be large enough to allow the balloon to pass through.

Push the tip of the balloon into the ring created in the previous step.
