How can you not love bubbles?They shine iridescent, hover in the air and then...they explode!Learn how to choose the right soap and bubble blower, then start blowing!

You'll find them in small plastic bottles in toy shops, supermarkets and "everything for €1" shops.Buying a ready-made kit is probably the fastest and easiest solution to get up and running straight away, not to mention that when you're finished, you can screw the cap back on and put everything away until next time. -
Make a bubble solution. If you have some liquid soap and water, you can make your own bubble soap.Mix one part soap with four parts water in a cup or container.There are a few things to keep in mind when doing this:
- Depending on the type of soap used, you will get different bubbles.Experiment with dish soap, body wash, baby soap, and other types of liquid soap.
- If you dilute it too much in water, the bubbles will be thin and will likely pop while you are still blowing them.

Enhance soapy water. Once you've created your bubble solution, you can make it unique by adding ingredients that change its texture and color.
- With a little sugar, glucose syrup or starch, the solution will thicken and the bubbles will be more resistant.Experiment to figure out how much sugar or starch you need to make the bubbles last longer.
- Add some food coloring.The bubbles naturally have an iridescence with rainbow colors, but you can also customize them.Simply add a few drops of dye to the soapy solution.

Make a giant wand to create bubbles. In this case, the ring will need a mesh around the hole to stabilize the bubbles as they are created.Follow these steps to create the ring:
- Straighten a hanger to get a straight wire.
- Fold one end into a circle.
- Wrap the end of the circle around the straightened base, securing it with a couple of turns of the wire.
- Wrap the net (for example the metal one for cages) around the ring and secure it with a couple of turns of the metal wire.
