With the main color (CP) make 3 chain stitches (ch) and join with a slipped stitch (sl) to the first chain stitch to form a circle.A chain stitch is one of the basic elements in crochet.Follow this link to check out how to crochet a chain stitch.This cap is made by working in circles.Each round begins with a number of chain stitches that will count as the first stitches and will end up joining the last stitches with the top end of the chain start.This creates concentric circles.
