How to Build a Beer Pong Table

Place the plywood on the table and mark the dimensions with a pencil. Cut the plywood to fit the table.Secure the plywood to the table with clamps.Use sandpaper to smooth the edges.

Prick the center of a glass with a nail and enlarge the hole so that the pencil can make a mark through the glass.

Use the ruler to find the center of the table lengthwise and draw a straight line down the center with a pencil.

Place the glasses in a triangle where you will place them, with the tip of the triangle on the center line.

Mark the tip of the triangle by placing a glass with a hole in it and marking the position on the plywood with the pencil. Do the same with the other glasses in the triangle.Measure the distance between the base of the table and the top mark with the ruler.

Repeat the previous step at the same distance on the opposite side of the table.

Calculate the radius of the base of the disposable cups you will use. Use a drill bit slightly larger than the radius of the glass.Remove the clamps from the plywood and move it to the floor so as not to mark the table.Put the clamps back in place and drill holes in the wood at the marked points (it is advisable to get help to hold the wood).

Repeat the previous step on the opposite side of the table. With the drill, try to mirror the other side.

Lay the plywood on something you can get dirty and paint on the wood.

Wait until the markings are dry and then re-attach the plywood to the table.

Nail the plywood. Paint the nails to hide them.
