Get a pen. Try to choose one without the button on the top or side, so you don't cover it. -
Create the stem. Cover the pen with green tape up to just above the tip.

Start creating the flower. Cut out small squares and fold the top corners to leave a point at the top.

Apply them to the flower, gluing the adhesive part to the pen, and then add others above and around.

When your pen looks ready, place it in a vase with some rocks and a few more flower pens, if you want.

If you want them to smell, you can spray some perfume on the flowers, but first make sure it won't bother the recipient!
