Nessun dietrofront. Il Memorandum di intesa Italia Libia sui migranti rinnovato per altri tre anni Aggiornamento 2 novembre 2022: Il dietrofront alla fine non c’è stato. Da oggi, mercoledì 2 novembre, si rinnova per altri tre anni il Memorandum di intesa sulla migrazione tra Italia e Libia. Siglato il 2 febbraio del 2017, sotto il governo Gentiloni, l’articolo 8 prevede che il Memorandum abbia validità triennale e sia tacitamente rinnovato alla scadenza per un periodo equivalente, «salvo notifica per iscritto di una delle due parti contraenti, almeno tre mesi prima della scadenza del periodo di validità (il 2 novembre di quest’anno, ndr)». L’esecutivo Draghi prima e ora quello Meloni non hanno chiesto di rivedere l’intesa. Di qui il rinnovo automatico.
