ROME – In energy decree, approved by the Council of Ministers at the end of November, we find signs of start of the ecological transition:a fund to stimulate the construction of renewable plants in suitable areas, incentives for energy-intensive companies that intend to decarbonise and the construction of port areas for floating wind power. However, the greater protection regime is not extended as envisaged by the commitments made with the EU for the Pnrr.The Minister of the Environment and Energy Security, Gilberto Pichetto Fratin, And Arera – Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment – are defining the protection methods for vulnerable customers while for all other consumers the protected energy market definitively ends: on 10 January 2024 gas and on 1 April electricity.
The transition to the free market is a transition that will involve several million Italian families, already looking for guidance in choosing the most suitable operator.To orient themselves in the jungle of offer flyers and proposals, families and companies have a sure criterion:choose among the energy and gas operators who have achieved theAssium Reliability Certificate – Italian Association of Utility Managers certified UNI 11782:2020.
Consumer protection and the economic sustainability of users were discussed at the third meeting Convention of Certified Utility Managers on November 21st, during which great attention was paid to the social role and the positive impact of the actions of utility players on communities. Guiding these actions are important values such as inclusion, participation, diversity and hospitality which, together with transparency and ethics, have led some operators to pass the Assium audit and obtain the Assium Reliability certification, among these there is also Tea Energia s.r.l.which achieved one of the highest scores.It is an electricity and gas sales company for families and businesses, active throughout the national territory and present with a network of sales points and consultants in the areas of Mantua, Brescia, Modena, Parma, Verona and Cremona.
The Assium Reliability Certificate is the distinctive mark of players who operate in transparency and therefore qualify as correct and reliable operators.This is the case of Tea Energia s.r.l., a trader/seller of electricity and gas which has obtained the Assium Quality Certification with the commendable score of 98 points out of 100.
Operating in the sale of electricity and gas to families, companies and resellers, Tea Energia is part of the Tea Group of Mantua, a multi-utility that deals with public services and has its roots in the late 19th century.The name itself, an acronym for Territory, Energy and Environment, denotes its distinctive features:rootedness, which is expressed through support for local realities and initiatives;
investment in innovation;attention to sustainability that puts the environment first, for example with the promotion of renewable energy communities.
At the center of Tea Energia's service are savings and continuity of customer assistance, guaranteed through direct contact with people thanks to the network of sales points, the assistance of consultants promoted as Utility Manager, initiatives to raise awareness and information and training activities on the end of the protected market.
Returning to the transition to the free market, Tea Energia s.r.l.is adequately structured to follow the problem of consumer awareness and orientation and this was confirmed by the recent obtaining of the Assium Reliability Certificate.
Tea Energia has asked Assium to undergo the process which, through the regulatory protocol, examines possession of the reliability requirements relating to Document Transparency, Code of Commercial Conduct and Quality, Energy and Gas Billing.
The technical-scientific Committee of Assium examined the contractual documentation and the level of training of the collaborators through the Audit conducted through meetings, exchanges of letters and analysis of documents.
The process ended with the positive outcome of the Audit, sanctioned by the compliance report which awarded the certification of Reliable Company to Tea Energia s.r.l. Among the activities worthy of praise, it is noted that the Company informs its customers, without them having to ask, of the application of automatic compensation and that, in the case of amounts prescribed pursuant to the 2018 Budget Law, the Company issues a specific invoice "separate" and distinct from those for ordinary (non-prescribed) consumption.
From October 2023, Tea Energia s.r.l.is among the virtuous companies subjected to continuous control by Assium, to verify the maintenance of quality requirements.
“The collaboration with Assium was born in 2020 when we decided to give formal concreteness to our commitment to invest in the training of the people who represent us on a daily basis in front of users.In summary I am talking about all those collaborators who, with their work, must convey to our customers the pact of seriousness and correctness that distinguishes our business, and therefore our sales network.A challenging objective for all our consultants who, after a period of study and an exam for the certification strictly required by Assium according to a precise national standard, UNI 11782:2020, have achieved the qualification of Utility Manager" - he states Piero Falsina, CEO of Tea Energia.“It was an important choice – continues the CEO – dictated by the desire to establish ourselves and distinguish ourselves in the energy sector as a serious and competent reality.We then decided to undertake the path towards "Reliable Company" certification with Assium.A way to further underline our dedication to a strategic line of utility towards our customers, regardless of temporary opportunities for company margin, confirming to our customers the quality and morality of our work.A non-secondary reason that led us to undergo the audit was that of wanting to certify to new resources the importance of our work, which has a significant impact on family budgets, trying to attract young talents interested in undertaking a path as a Utility Manager, and not as mere salespeople, in a solid reality where you can grow professionally".
The president of the Assium association, Federico Bevilacqua, commented “The latest company to obtain the Assium Reliability Certificate is Tea Energia s.r.l., an organization that I consider to be human-centric for the values that inspire it in the provision of utilities, such as inclusion, participation, diversity and acceptance.However, a reality capable of also making technological innovation a fundamental vector for introducing greater flexibility in energy systems and facilitating the transition process.Together with players like them, the utilities market will always be protected for families and businesses and the guarantee and supervision objectives of our association are increasingly achievable."
