What does it mean today to talk about diet? There is certainly an aspect linked to well-being of the organism et al maintaining healthy lifestyles through nutrition and there is another that sees food and its production as closely related to climate changes and to health of the Planet. Two topics that have a third in common, the rediscovery of truth Mediterranean diet and the potential of the latter in bringing benefits to people and, at the same time, to the environment.
To learn more and share these issues LifeGate ed Eataly they came up with Food Forward, a program of meetings/debates free and open to all who will participate experts and communicators "accompanied" in their interventions by the newspaper's journalists.
