Located in via Bergognone 24 a Milan, the concept restaurant Linfa Eat Different he became the first restaurant in Italy completely vegetable and entirely gluten-free.A goal strongly pursued by Edoardo Valsecchi, entrepreneur born in 1991 who, in addition to proposing a vegetable cuisine responsible towards the environment and natural resources, he wanted to create a place that was the most inclusive possible.

Last April Linfa Eat Different inaugurated the Plant-based and cruelty free sushi bar entrusted to the professionalism and experience of master sushi chef Franklin Nastasi;now, Linfa renews the restaurant menu with a proposal based on the use of vegetable ingredients from organic farming, local and seasonal raw materials.Not only that, since last September the kitchen team has been led by executive chef Antonio Alderuccio who boasts a high specialization in Kitchen plant-based and gluten-free.At Linfa you can therefore find focaccias, pizzas and entirely fried pizzas gluten free and dishes such as red turnip tartare, aubergine cutlet and "Cashew and pepper", which is a cheese and pepper revisited with cream of cashews instead of cheese.
