On StepsConnect, the matching process between companies and candidates is one of the key aspects.The platform uses an algorithm that facilitates the association between supply and demand, significantly simplifying the search for qualified candidates.While recruiters often receive a large quantity of CVs, StepsConnect claims that twenty profiles attracted through the channels social (such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Reddit) are equivalent to five qualified candidates ready to hire.
