As an appetizer, during lunch break at work, as a second course, in short practically always:Norwegian salmon and tofu meatballs are also perfect for children, rich in noble proteins and low in saturated fats.
Ingredients
- 300 g of fresh, clean Norwegian salmon, without skin or bones
- 300 g of fresh organic tofu
- 1 egg
- 1 table spoon grated (or chopped) fresh ginger
- fresh dill
- 2 spoons of soy sauce
- 2 spoons of wheat starch or potato starch
- 3 spoons of sesame seeds
- 2 spoons of olive oil extra virgin
- salt
Preparation
The preparation begins Norwegian salmon meatballs and tofu by coarsely chopping the salmon, then crumble the tofu with the tines of a fork.
Put everything in a bowl, add the lightly beaten egg, the chopped ginger, the coarsely chopped dill, the soy sauce, the starch (or starch) and mix everything until you obtain a homogeneous compound (add a pinch of salt only if necessary).
Lightly grease your hands with a little oil then work the mixture to form more or less spherical meatballs.Gently pass the meatballs obtained in the sesame seeds and cook them for a few minutes in a non-stick pan without adding any type of fat.
When the surface is slightly golden and crunchy, remove the salmon and tofu meatballs from the heat and serve them immediately, still warm, flavored with a few sprigs of fresh dill.
