- 100 g shelled fresh peas

- 1 sachet instant yeast for savory cakes (15 g)
- 3 egg
- mixed toasted seeds
- turmeric powder
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Start with the preparation of the savory plum cake by shelling the peas.
Then peel the spring onion and chop it coarsely, then do the same with the scamorza.
Break the eggs into a bowl and work them with oil, milk and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Then add the sifted flour, the yeast, a pinch of turmeric and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.Then add the pieces of scamorza, the chopped spring onion and the peas mix everything together delicately.Preheat the oven to 180°C. Meanwhile, line a plumcake mold with a sheet of baking paper and pour in the mixture you obtained.Level it well and sprinkle the surface with the toasted seeds, then bake for approximately 45 minutes.When the plum cake is well puffed and the surface is golden, take it out of the oven, let it cool and serve it.
